any beard Coli breh have any advice to keep it nice and fresh like beard oil or beard lotion, do yall shampoo it in the shower too ?

I just have a 5o'clock shadow right now but I want to start off my beard groomed and healthy

any advice or products I should use, if so let me know, it would be greatly appreciated my Coli brehs ?
