I'm having a problem dealing with disrespect at my new job from most likely racist

Before I rant let me on to say, it is NOT other truck drivers. Other truckers are polite as fukk and help me alot being new, whether they're white or black or mexican. I've gotten help by them all literally.


Its the shippers/recievers.

Its always white ones, never have i been disrespected by a black or mexican shipper or customer

My question is how to deal with it without getting fired myself

What detail do you need to give me advice? Obviously they didn't straight up call me a N word or some shyt like that, just Cacs being disrespectful and talking to you like you are dumb or less than a human.
