Frfr you can talk back to them in the same manner or just ignore that shyt. I personally don't abscribe to that bullshyt philosophy of turning the other cheek to be the bigger man. If someone fukks with you, you need to make it clear that you're not a pishover. There's obviously parameters to consider, (don't go stabbin folks) but ignoring it won't resolve it...especially if you continue to do better at your job and your net $ gets higher.

communication is complex, 'just Cacs being Cacs' means nothing to me since I'm not racist.
Why don't you focus on the two things you CAN control, since it sounds like you can't control them:
1. Be respectful always
This is business. You are black. They will try to fukk you over for the smallest infraction. Your antidote: being respectful and friendly, always.

So until you have a better job, hustle, thing going - stay calm and remember this is about money - show no emotions. Use this board, your friends, ya girl - whoever you go to to release all that anxiety and stress they cause. Because money = freedom and it is what will allow you to build your life.

It means I identify something someone likes or needs and I consistently provide it.
Pedro is the fictional character I created in my example.
Pedro is rude for many reasons. But let's get to the root of the issue. He probably hates his job and the people he has to deal with. He's assuming Brother Zay is another a$$hole he has to deal with so he's posturing.
Brother Zay He can flex too, but that's impulsive, and will not result in him getting him what he wants from Pedro.
Zay needs to let this cat know he's not the enemy. This can be done with friendly gestures like complimenting Pedro or getting to know him on a personal level.
If Zay does it consistently Pedro will stop posturing because he will know Zay isn't the enemy.
And hell yeah I need my money!
If Zay plays his cards right he could start a his own shyt. Who knows, Pedro could be a very valuable ally in the future.
