Not to brag, but do you think its out of the question for some middle aged cacs to feel some type of way about a 21 year old black kid making(probably double) the amount of money that they make, legally?

Nah I dont. But maybe I didn't understand the OP. These are the employees of major clients who are giving you shyt?

For example: Walmart's employees who handle shipping or receiving?

Yes.
The first time was at Ford, the second time was Walmart.

Oh so you talking about the expendable workers. Those muthafukkas probably mad theyre loading and unloading while you're on the roads getting miles. It's gonna be like that. Maybe when you get more experience you can stay in your city or state and at that point build relationships with the clients to where you can tell them when their workers are giving you shyt.

As long as the cac ain't fukking with your money keep it pushing and hold your head up. I used to do security for a factory and the shipping/receiving department were the laziest bunch of people there. Always catching an attitude every time a trucker came thru like it's not part of their job description.

It's not worth the energy. The good thing is you only have to deal with them for that day. If you feel like reporting it to your DM maybe he can blacklist them so he won't book you for another load going to that customer. You maybe in refer and have to deal with customers more often. Try dry van. More drop and hooks and less interaction.

I once had a couple of folks try me with the supervisor right there. One simple phrase shut everything down: Gee, I hope this doesn't become a human resources issue"

Damn breh, almost 2 years for me and I haven't really had any problems. Only problem I've had was with an older black woman in montgomery, Alabama getting a little attitude. Other than that I barely interact with them. Just "hi and bye", get the paperwork and KIM:yeshrug:

Is it the supervisors or the people actual loading/unloading the truck?
