I used to do security for a factory and the shipping/receiving department were the laziest bunch of people there. Always catching an attitude every time a trucker came thru like it's not part of their job description.
It's not worth the energy. The good thing is you only have to deal with them for that day. If you feel like reporting it to your DM maybe he can blacklist them so he won't book you for another load going to that customer. You maybe in refer and have to deal with customers more often. Try dry van. More drop and hooks and less interaction.
