I'm hoping these games get me back into gaming

I got a Ps3 back in 2010 for my 25th birthday. I have only bought like 5 games for it, and I've played only 8 games. I just couldn't find the time to play. Coming on the arcadium makes me feel like I'm not as cool as you guys because I don't play videogames anymore

So I messed around and made a videogame wishlist on Amazon. Heres what I got:

Zone of Enders HD collection
Devil May Cry Collection
Batman Arkham City: Game of the year edition
Assasin's Creed 3
Bioshock Infinite
FarCry 3 (already played. It's too easy, if you ask me, but still a good game.)
Fall Out 3
Borderlands 2


How is that Assassin's Creed 3 and Borderlands 2? I've never got into the AC series, but everyone seems to love it. What are the games like? It looked like it was 3rd person open world type game. Borderlands 2 is a funny looking game, but it got GOTY from multiple sites and magazines, so I want to try it. How is that game?

BTW, do you all rent games or buy games? I used to buy games, but 59,99 when you have student loans is not kosher

assassins creed 3 single is boring as fukk to me, but it may be that because I played 1 and 2 before and not much has changed

But both AC3 and Borderlands 2 are BEASTING in multi, get on psn and enjoy it

Borderlands 2 is great. If you can get friends to play with you you'll have a blast. It's been out for almost 6 months so you can find it on sale. I think I've seen it as low as $30.00.
GOTY edition will probably come out in 6 months to a year.

That batman AC is a definite cop. Get Arkham Asylum if you can also
AC3- idk. If you have any desire to care about the story you should you may want to get ACII(which I and many others will say is the best in the series) Its open world but it may be a little repetitive. But a solid game
Far Cry 3- a lot of ppl like but I personally don't. Game seems to noobish to me and doesn't have a lot of depth. Granted, I've barely scratched the surface of that game

fall out 3 was great, but if you're going to get that, you might as well get new vegas too because its even better. i never played borderlands 2, but the first one is one of my favorite co-op games ever. also, start buying pre-owned games. theres no reason to waste money on a "new" copy when ps3 games can't even be scratched, unless its done intentionally. fukk renting. gamerankings.com

I bought Fall Out 3. So far it's piff Feel like I'm playing Skyrim all over again! Is New Vegas an expansion of Fall out 3, or is it an entirely separate game?
