White folks down the road from my crib have 500 acre Rice farm that they flood and turn into a crawfish pond every season. They sell us sacks right out the water
I dunno how much you can really do with crawfish. You boil that shyt up and there you go, dip it in whatever you want. If there's anything deeper to it then I've yet to see it.

What is the market price for boiled crawfish out there? I paid $5 per pound in Baton Rouge and was not happy.
