There are more Black people than white people but it is pretty segregated. A lot of redlining. I purchased the condo before the hipsters started moving in but property prices have skyrocketed over say the past decade but a lot well-to-do white people are moving in and beginning to encroach onto the Black areas.

Yea back in the day I changed my location in a dating app and randomly put in Savannah. I peeped how many thick women were coming up
Only problem was most of them had hairstyles like back in Players Club or Baps. Some of them had one gold tooth, like on the side. This was a while ago though maybe they modernized

Edit: i should point out that i lived there back in the late 90s. Haven't been back since so it could have changed.

Went there and always had a good time. People were usually cool too (women anyway.. but that was like a decade ago).
