Smackdown women's promos are trash and the matches aren't as good as on raw.
Raw women's division actually have good promo skills and actual crowd reaction towards it.
Ryan ward need to take notes on how raw is pulling that division off.
This isn't nxt. This is the main roster.

What exactly should he take notes on? How to have a division with eight women and only three of them be relevant?
The boring ass promos, the whack ass new belt, the horrible writing/booking, the shytty announce team..... RAW is straightright now. I haven't watched Smacksown in years, but I think it might be time to give it a try. On the strength of the announce team alone I'm willing to give it a try. Or is Smackdown just as lame as RAW is now?

Ward took a roster that some people thought was weak and got the most out of what he was given. He proves how good writing and booking will shine over just star power.
Been thinking of doing the same. Though it was only ONE bad episode. 3 Hours is just long, and the women on Smackdown are killing it.

If Raw was 2 hours it would be a overall better show. 3 hours is way too much for a weekly show. 3 hours should be for ppv's only.
