The question isn't why you need to have prospects on deck but moreso why THE NEED to have them. It's as if human beings are not okay with being single. If I'm dating someone, I would be fully committed and if it doesn't work out, I can just enjoy my singleness until someone who is suitable comes along.
Which brings up another glaring issue, ppl who be having all these prospects really don't want them and aren't even compatible with each other.
