Most overweight women would be more attractive if they lost weight. But in Hollywood once you are typecasted, especially for a physical trait, you pretty much can't change it and continue to be successful.

For instance, if this guy got in shape, grew his hair out and shaved his beard, he would no longer be able to collect checks as "The Mexican Gangster"
