i like over easy eggs and red hots on an english muffin with habanero jack cheese and some spicy beer mustard

i know my arteries are going but they are DELICIOUS

when you assemble the sandwich, you put the mustard and cheese on the bottom then the sausage and the egg on top right under the bun so when you smoosh it the yolk pops and soaks into the english muffin
