I'm leasing an SUV next Tuesday...sell me on one

So, i'm looking to lease one on these SUVs with a 3rd row, and i'm not trying to pay more than $300 a month. I have great credit, and I should be able to put about $2K down...if needed. But really, i ain't trying to put SHYT down.

If you could get any of these below, which one? Any other recommendations and/or advice for a first-time lesee would be greatly appreciated, as well.

I'll update the thread when i drive home with the new whip next week, too. Bye bye to my broken down 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis after 5 years.

What don't you like about the Acadia? I read that the 3rd row in the Durango isn't great.

I do like that the Acadia seems to offer the best 3rd row room plus cargo, and apparently has the best residual value in its class.

Have you done research on prices for the Ford.

GMC Acadia is $299/month for 39 months with $1549 down.
Dodge Durango is $330/mo for 36 months with $2999 down.
Chevy Traverse is $309/mo for 39 months with $2949 down.

This doesn't include tax and registration. Maybe you need to find a cheaper vehicle to lease so you don't get jammed up at signing.

I can't get that for less even with my 800 credit score?? I've been doing HW on the questions to ask and such. I need one of these SUVs with the 3rd row.

Should I just go with a Honda Odyssey instead then?

Well, any lease is negotiable just like buying a car.
You would have to be pretty good at haggling to lower either the down payment price or the monthly payment or both.
I just got those lease prices online and that would be offered to people with good credit.

An Odessey is $259/mo for 36 months with $2,499 down.

Not a full family like that, but i got 1 kid...and plan on having another in the next year. Plus, driving to places with the in-laws, my mother and/or other losers without a ride. Plus, i'm tall and just really want an SUV with that 3rd row option already.

The quotes are for base models too.. You can't get leather for 300. We are doing SR5 premium 4runners for $1799 down and $349 per month and that is a steal.. The limited is $479 with the same money down

For 300 a month on a standard mileage lease with only 2k down don't plan on getting any of those models pictured. Ur gonna be base model or close to base model for that monthly payment.
