start to make protein shakes, whey isolate is better.

Eat lots of vegatables, Kale is your friend

do m 100s (100 burpees, 100 mountain climbers and 100 squat jumps)

100 push ups a day

this for abs


chest


a little lazy so I will put more up but that should be good for a minute

Workout regularly in gym. Lift weights, drink energy fluids and take supplements. Increase your caloric intake and increase your number of daily meals. Add smarter foods in your daily meals and consume lots of proteins.

Live your own life
Do the minium of 3 cardio workouts a week to increase your endurance and stamina. I normally, start my day at the gym with an hour of basketball and 30 minutes of running on thread mill before I start lifting weight.
