You are going to have to give more information on what you are seeking?

If you got it like that money wise and aren't too concerned being around non-Blacks? NYC, Seattle or LA.
If you want Black hubs? ATL and DC
If you want places that are still growing at exponential rates? ATL and Houston

i want a black hub, i heard DC be on some funky shyt also isn't houston considered a black hub?

also if i live in nyc it won't be around these yuppies that shyt would be annoying. seattle has tacoma which i heard as a thriving black populations so i guess i can throw LA out the bag

if there a few thing i want you guys to consider it would be the economy, cost of living, nightlife, and dateable women

No, its a majority Mexican city and fairly diverse. There are affluent Black suburbs but not on the scale of DC or Atlanta.

Houston or Atlanta imo but consider the renting market is different and more expensive than buying a house.

entry level job starting around 60-65k so renting or owning shouldn't be a problem

hmm being diverse wouldn't be a problem i just dont wanna live in white dominated city, that shyt is soul draining

can you expand why?

please and thanks
Ion know about much about electrical, but as far as chemE houston one of the best places to work. Some of the highest paying wages and good opportunity for growth. Since they need electrical engineers in the oil industry I figure their prospects are similar. Atlanta is good for a black hub, both areas have affordable housing.

Id say either DC or ATL. DC has high cost of living but if you care about being around blacks these seem like the only 2 choices. DC gets you closer to Boston, assuming that is your hometown. I havent spent too much time in ATL but the women i seen were top notch and im sure they less stuck up than DC women.

If that race doesnt concern u, dont think there is a choice outside of NYC if they goin give u a COL adjustment based on the market you entering.
