Businesses should have a right to do what they want in this regard though. If I run a waffle house, I don't want a bunch of unvaccinated people dining in or being around me and my employees. They have a higher chance of carrying and spreading this deadly virus than vaccinated people

There is no hars scientific evidence that asymptomatic vaccinated people spread the virus. Your immune system stomps out the virus before you can get sick and the virus isn't replicating, so how are you getting a large enough viral load to spread it?
