in NYC you can literally get killed for anything and everything.

Lived there on and off in the early 90s. Mostly in Long Island, but went to Manhattan quite often (grandfather and uncle stayed in Dyckman Projects). Pretty wild from what I understand, but nothing personally happened to us.
