I’ve been going against racists even before the Trayvon incident which is how I noticed there was a mass wake up when that happened as well.

On one hand it's another human being thoughtful to another human being, but race is always in the mix in these streets. I feel like it's a way of addressing you as the representative of your race, that he as the representative of his race is not racist...or is at least decent enough to hold the door for you.
