…and all the time, GOD is good.

For you, time is going to start flying. 5 years will feel like 1 year used to feel. Get ready to live in a time warp and watch a little version of yourself start to becoming reality.

2 pieces of advice:

1. Let your child be his or herself. Your job is to guide and advise, not tear down and reconstruct. Even if at some point you disagree with their opinion (trust me, you will) just let them have their own and over time you’ll see they think more like you than you realized.

2. Mothers can be annoying at times. They can’t help it. Just ignore it and play your part. Eventually she’ll be back to normal. It takes all the strength in the world to deal with her being hormonal, emotional and irrational at times, but we’re men and have dealt with worse.

Congratulations!

Thnx for the advice breh

A baby girl

I agree I bawled when I saw her
Awwww man
Daughters are the best
Sons are the best
Kids are the best

Some advice:
Wife needs all the support she can get. Especially after c section. Hormone changes might make her act weird.
Keep an eye out for post partum symptoms Postpartum depression - Symptoms and causes
Get as much sleep as possible
Help with feedings, changing diapers
If you can, take parental leave....spend as much time as you can; it will fly by like that. From newborn to walking in no time
Sleep training
Enjoy :blessed:
