to each their own, but going hard wirh alcohol/herb was honestly just a phase for me in my late teens/early twenties...basically during high school/college.

I don't really enjoy or partake either anymore... seeing the societally accepted alcohol dependence in those around me especially those my age (20s) and older cacs was enough to compel me to stop

And the early signs of are crazy...I'm in the gym everyday, nikkas don't have time for it.

lean is usually a combination of 10mg codeine/6.5mg promethazine per 5ml. But there are a whole bunch of flavors and a whole bunch of combinations. I've even seen a hydrocodone/alcohol tincture.
