lol The only sugar this guy ingests is from sugar from fruits, agave, or dates. You can go on his page and look at what he eats daily. And the guy eats high fats as well. Clearly on his page he ingests different nuts, sesame oil, avocado, olive oils, coconut.You are seeing something that isn't there. You can easily see the glycation in his face due to all the sugar in his diet. Sugar/Insulin causes wrinkles, as sugar/insulin damages collagen and impairs HGH production. While Fat has zero Insulin response and is the better fuel source.

at the soyboys in this threadBreh, I saw this video on Instagram a couple weeks ago where this cow was in a slaughterhouse and got his throat slashed. It was so brutal. The cow was on its side and the guy had his fingers in the cow's nostrils and it was literally screaming and thrashing around everywhere. Then dude just slashes his throat like he stole sumn. Had me likeshyt was just unnecessarily brutal. White tiles, blood everywhere. shyt literally looked like something out of a horror movie, like Saw or some shyt.

Just gave me another reason to stay away from meat. It's a struggle sometimes, but then everytime I'm bout to slip up, I remember that video....Of course you can hear and read about it, but it doesn't truly hit you until you see it for yourself, raw and ugly and uncut.
Gave up on this sh1t and I look different. Skin is oilier and I don't have as much energy. I will say that my lifts have gone up...Friends, family, and co workers keep randomly telling me how much younger I look.
