Man i notice its alot of nikkas like that. I'm 23 and a manager at my job. I employ a large temp population due to the nature of work that i do(assembly), most of em are black and some of them nikkas really just come in hatin for no reason. I treat everybody the same and am generally regarded as the coolest manager in the facility but damn some nikkas just really be mad. smh
the old heads usually the ones that'll hit me with the "how old are you, 23?,wow good job my brother"

This guy in the OP is filled with resentment. It's unbecoming and looks terrible. We supposed to be building each other up, not breaking each other down.
