It's all relative at the end of the day. Technically, even the poorest Americans don't have a right to complain if we compared their living standards to the poor in Ethiopia for example. I think your perspective is a way to remain happier in life (by not comparing yourself to others all the time) but on the flipside, it's also a way to end up underpaid or content in a less-than-ideal situation.

I do something similar. I'm supposed to be in office 5 days out the month, but I only go in for two days. When I'm in there the only person I talk to is my manager. shyt is pointless as hell. I barely even see anyone on my floor.
