Property doesn't take care of itself. Unless you're buying things in move-in ready condition you'll need to make repairs/updates and if you're not doing it yourself you still need to stay on the contractors ass. If you're constantly looking for new properties to invest in, you're not going to find them shyts on the internet. Honestly a property you see already posted on the net isn't going to be your best deal.

You will also need to build a good network of people. Contractors, designers, real estate agents, brokers, etc.

But that's not an extra 50 hours per week. Thats driving around micromanaging people. Easy.

i got a friend who does real estate on the side and he doesn't do shyt. Even pays people 10 dollars per address to find the vacants for him.

Being that I and my family are actually in the industry your trying to get into, I'd suggest you respect my mind, Imma have 10+ units (not even mentioning land) in my sole possession within a decade.

Yes and higher if you find the right deal. You have the right idea breh. Cash rules when the bottom falls out.

You mean industrial units ? if not then i'd ask you to quantify the amount of land
you intend to acquire over a decade.
