I’m recovering from squats and deadlifts. How long until I feel better brehs???

I don’t do drugs, but I will look into that. I’ll just check Amazon right now.

Like my body is literally telling me to sit the fukk down. I probably won’t even walk today. I’ll just chill inside the house after work and relax.

You can get CBD gummies. But try the Glutamine. Greatly reduce the soreness and the time you're sore. Also get a Yoga mat, stretching and Properly hydrating will greatly reduce soreness.

So what type of symptoms do you experience?
The deadlifts gave me sciatica. I don’t really deal with that anymore. But when I squat heavy I get lower back and hip stiffness as a result

Next day I’m walking like a duck when I get out of bed

So I just do light weight and high reps and I’m usually good. Every now and then I’ll still go heavy just see if I still got it but I pay the next day

deadlifts is the only exercise I'm afraid of. I popped my lower back once doing them and it took me like a year to recover. I still feel some minor pain there at times.

Yep, just like what my doctor told me when i had sciatica. Straight up told me to stop doing that shyt. All that strongman lifting shyt is a sure way to having a painful life. Nothing wrong with lifting light. Let the strongman lifters learn the hard way :mjlol:
