Almost all of the black people I've seen here including females are fresh off the boat you would not touch these with a pole. There are a few black american females i've seen on the dating apps. Almost no one here speaks english young people included and if they do it's very basic.

I wont disclose the rent but it's cheaper than i paid in London if you check airbnb website it will give you an idea
