I feel you I had the exact same problem.
I know I'm going get a lot of jokes, because of my name but real talk.
I went to see a doctor and he's going to to check first hand or I should say fingers. in you're A hole. He couldn't find any cuts or hemrozids or however you spell it and he said all was ok, however wanted to send me to a specialist to put a tub up there and after that I wanted to give up I'm not trying have no tube up there real talk. Good luck though I recommend that you go to the doctor and get it checked
