I think that's everywhere. Yesterday I was mad cause the lady was being stingy with the veggies! I kept having to ask for more & she was making stank face at me. They don't charge for extra vegetables so j get as much as I want. I knew I shoulda went to the subway in Homewood.

Yup, if you are interviewing for a gig best believe if an indian cat is interviewing you and another indian interviews dor the gig you def aint getting the job. Its funny seeing white people complain about it on sites like glassdoor, but hey white folks did the same thing for hundreds of years

My last manager was an indian woman and probably the best manager i have ever had being that she was cool and let you do whatever AND was smart as hell, so when you needed help she could chip in and had no problem taking on escalations. Usually managers arent that smart they just know how to put together teams

In 3rd world countries, everyone is hustling. Opening stores, selling anything for profit. Lot of open markets, less regulations and paperwork.

Subway's be empty as fukk ALL THE TIME around me..... I can go 50 miles and see an empty ass Subway...... I don't know why but I live in Illinois.... Can somebody explain that shyt???

Breh, subway sucks. Its not even that deep. There's better alternatives

Edit: also every subway is within like a mile of each other. Which leads to less customers for each store

Also if you look at recent history AAs already went through what immigrants are going through as far as owning businesses and working long hours etc.

As time went on, particularly after the civil rights movement, the mantra was to get an education and get a job and live happy.

Most of these immigrants with businesses have the same mindset when it comes to their children too (get a good education and get a good job)

But AAs are in a unique situation in america compared to immigrants.
