This is, frankly, one of the Top 10-15 best produced rap albums of all time. Their debut was cool and all but this surpassed it.
Just straight up classic song after classic song on this joint. Lyrics were pro-black and yet so chill. They used live instruments too which made this shyt even doper.
They captured that summer, hanging out outside/block party vibe PERFECTLY.
Def one of the best albums to play on a summer night. It also helped me get thru homework in college.Both features did their thing even thought you can barely hear Jeru rapping on "Graffiti"
Oh and "For Corners" is one of the best outros of all time. I'm talking It Ain't Hard to Tell/Suicidal Thoughts level.
