First time I heard E-40 was in '97 on Mack 10s 'Based on a true Story' Cant stop Wont Stop' , his unorthodox flow enticed me . Ive tried to get into his stuff periodically . I respect his talent . But honestly his voice is an acquired taste and it can grate on you .

His flow is horrible, but lyrically he ok. Better than average. Dre should of made him a *star* but nikkas don't wanna see a dude like 40 shine. He is a threat to the suckas of the industry.
