I don't see congress turning the spigot off anytime soon unless Trump runs that as a down ticket issue in the general. I don't see him focusing on money in politics as much as an issue but more as a contrast against Hillary/The GOP. Now if he runs against Bernie he'll have to side with him but I still don't see him pushing it if elected.
