Beer is a popular drink everywhere except the Islamic world. My Latino friends drink a lot of beer, my West Indian friends drink a lot of beer, my AA friends over 25 drink a lot of beer, etc.

I used to swear by mixed drinks over beer when I was younger and didn't really have a taste for it aside from the basic stuff everybody drinks (Corona, Heineken, Modelo), but as I've evolved into my years I've really developed a taste for the hoppy shyt, IPA's, etc.

Been enjoying a bunch of stuff by Brewdog lately (Hazy Jane, Elvis Juice) and hitting up Bronx Brewery on Sat to check out their new IPA drop.

I'm an alcoholic, been sober for four years though. Was a beer drinker for hella years. Heineken was my shyt. Drank a lot of malt liquor too. St Ides was my favorite. Drank every beer under the sun. Miller High Life was best quality for your dollar. What I don't miss is my beer gutt, being hungover, the thousands of hours spent at bars and spending hella bread weekly on fermented liquid piss bread in a bottle though.
