That's the point to me. There are sympathetic folks out there, and potential good guys. I fail to see the practicalness in demonizing just to do it. It's not conducive to discussion or progress.

For one there's always been the leftist who conservatives disparage for having white guilt, and there are variations of that today including the "woke" crowd which includes some white men.
I don't think with the context of this conversation though, that sympathetic folks aren't the concern. It's the hostile folks that might not necessarily go down that path.

The only black conservatives who get attetion are the ones who put down black people, and kiss white people's ass. I'd love to see him post about white people taking personal responsibility, and not blaming illegals for drugs, as if anyone is forcing them to buy them. He can add that if we're going to tell black people to take the blame for our actions, then white people need to do the same.The replies would be his wakeup call.
