Drake is bigger than Kendrick on a commercial level. but he has yet to drop a project with as much depth and artistry as Section.80. with a few exceptions, Drake's music really doesn't go much deeper than him reflecting on his fame and past relationships. he's very good at dealing with that subject matter but it's still very limited. too limited for me to put him above Kendrick as an artist. I think a lot of people have forgotten just how incredible of a project Section.80 was. Kendrick pretty much captured an entire generation in one album. I personally put it above GKMC.
and if we're gonna talk about actual emceeing, Kendrick takes it as well. much more versatile set of flows. yeah, Kendrick goes overboard when it comes to experimenting with his flows but when he really wants to kill shyt, he does it

volume 2 was your first album. don't you know that a lot of the sales from it were fueled by the song where jarule stole the show? heck, I cant even say that he stole the show, seeing that it was really his song.....but again, im not saying that jarule was a spitta. but hes closer to being such than drake.
