Something that I think is easily lost on people is that MJ has the 6th biggest hands in league history. To give you an idea of how big they were, they are bigger than shaq’s and a hair smaller than Giannis’. When MJ attacked the basket or took a fadeaway, he could adjust his shot as if he were almost holding a softball. MJ himself told Siskel and Ebert his hands were his primary weapon when he shot slashed or took his quick first step. It enabled MJ to do things in midair no NBA player could do despite their athleticism.

Now, I do not dispute that LBJ is a better athlete, because he should be: he is the size of an NFL tight end, moves like Russ, and spends millions on his health. Even if Lebron has the vertical, MJ was a contortionist in midair.

Nah, DEFINITELY not 2011 Bron. 2011 Bron was like 75% of his 08-10 athleticism. 2012 about 85%, 2013 about 90%, 2014 for stretches he looked like 100% 08-10 LeBron but that was the year his back problems started so he couldn't do it all the time.
