I'm at like class 5?
Today my instructor put me in a corner with another teacher like we gotta get you learning side falls before we can move forward
So you can be safe
After a lot of fukking up I finally got it
I was pushing my pivot knee too far out and not squatting with it

I don't get as tired during warm ups any more

Still can't so situps without my ankles being held :dame:

@Mowgli
:lolbron:

Every day is progress brother.

Get in shape, learn movement, then defense. After that you take them to war. There's no rush. One step at a time brother. Just learn how to do what u know now, better. I'd be looking up all my fundamentals to get the techniques pristine.

But I know Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Maybe you feel differently. :manny:

Just do it
I wanted boxing but there's no one who really wants to teach an older person
My judo instructors are great and always correcting me
Like Mowgli said, I'm glad they're emphasizing the fundamentals

Did a semester in college like 16 years ago- now doing Brazilian Jiu-Jutsu. Just got my black belt in Tang Soo Do. Got a brown belt in TKD and did some Panantukan for a year.

Judo is some tough shyt. Wanted to get back into it but nowhere near by. BJJ next best thing to work on my ground technique.
