well the problem is that if dont have a workout habit aka from your teens then its difficult to get in the habit once your older.
with that been said:
Hit the Gym
maybe try intermittent fasting
Get your herbs up, like alfalfa, cats claws, spirulina etc(not weed nikka)
Fish oil and Vitamins
If you cant do the fasting then limit your sugar especially if you on desk job.
And be black
