Nope that's called abortion and it's legal. But a man and man cannot create a baby with each other. That's science. Until they find a way for a man to give birth gay men won't be giving birth any time soon. But hey, they can still adopt or find a surrogate mother, but either way they will have to get help from natural birth...which they cannot do.
