I've seen some pretty women in passing on the way from the dealership to the hotel, but I can't even get to them, because my hotel is in Old Town, which is on the outskirts, and I have no whip.

Breh, if you really are in Old Town. You are seriously less then 5 minutes from Central, which for 75 cents the bus, can take you downtown and the buses run til Midnight. EVEN if you get trashed, you can call safe-cab and they will take you back from your hotel for free.
