Sometimes we invest so heavily in other people that we forget about ourselves in the process. When you are in a relationship the person should want to spend time with you (within healthy boundaries of course) instead of going so heavily into why she left you it's just best to take as a sign of what was meant to be. In order to let go of such a painful past take that energy and use it positively, hit the gym, hit the punching bag, lift some weights. Lean on you family more to get you through.
