I'm the only person i know who posts on message boards/forums

I asked my friends if they post on any forums and they gave me the face and told me no because it's weird talking to strangers, lol.

It kinda makes me think now, i remember searching things and clicking on forum links for results but i never thought of posting on one .

In college the only thing ppl fukked with was reddit and that was white people. I got nikkas that know I post here, although they don't know my username but nobody I know in IRL posts on forums. I put one of my homies onto here but he mainly lurks.

The funny thing to me is idk how nikkas can constantly fukk with shyt like twitter and fb but not fukk with messageboards.

It's amazing how i could search for something and get a bunch of knowledgeable people responding with good answers .

Some people just aren't that thoughtful. If your opinions only need 100 something characters or you enjoy posting random aphorisms in your status to seem deep then message boards might not be for you.

The threat of exposals, fakkit mods (Not on this site, but other forums are known for having mods who get off on being a fukk boy on the net but is a deewb in real life) corny trolls, etc. Its no surprise the common person prefers Twitter/FB over message boards.

Those places are more strictly moderated, plus those social media sites are much more compatible with smartphones so they'll always have the upper hand. But the freedom you get on forums is by far their biggest appeal, the coli is much more entertaining that millions of people attention whoring and acting like wannabe e-celebrities.
