So these nikkas are skipping school, not acquiring skills and not finding work as a result.

What does that have to do with lack of resources?

Chicago has some of the best black high schools and college prep. The city also requires businesses are required to hire black teenagers throughout the entire city.

So once again, what resources are they lacking?

I'm not trying to talk down on nobody but I feel you...We have entire libraries at our fingertips, as well as so many other informative resources in our hands damn near all day, but we would rather be on FB and IG wasting everyone's time. I'm sure some will try to say "well, people have to teach them", but I honestly, totally disagree with that. nikkas can figure out these bullshyt websites and apps to try to show off all day everyday, but can't Google "how to make money online" or "how to make money" or whatever else comes to mind? I've TAUGHT MYSELF so many ways to make money, just online alone. And that's not because I grew up different than most of these nikkas in Chicago, but simply because I like nice things so I learned how to legally grind to get it.

With this internet shyt, you can't use the excuse that people don't know any better or that people don't know the consequences of their actions, or people don't realize there's better ways to live, because it's a lie. In this day and age if you can't figure out how to get what you need, legally, then it's pretty much your own fault

Chicago aint like most cities. The nikkas there aren't killing for money or drugs like usual ghettos. They killing just to kill, just because they in different gangs. How the fukk you going to tell me what's going on in my city.

Look at the lists of top high schools in the city and they're filled with black ones. Look up policies for hiring minorities in order to open up businesses. Even when they were discussing bringing the star wars museum one of the requirements was they had to hire black kids.

Every new apartment has to allocate a certain percentage for low income housing. And they're starting to prevent kids caught with weapons from going to jail.

So once again, you dumb dirty degenerate, WHAT RESOURCES ARE THEY LACKING? answer the fukking question or shut the fukk up.
