You sound like me years ago.
Advice:
Stop caring what people think about you and start riding to your own beat. By doing this you're not putting pressure on yourself to meet peoples expectations because at the end of the day the only thing that really matters is you and whether YOU like yourself - I suggest reading the book "The subtle art of not giving a fukk" - It won't change your life just like that but it's very insightful and can steer you on the right path.
You think you're boring because you feel you have nothing to talk about or can't relate to your peers. You need life experiences, to get out of your comfort zone and embrace all the unique things that life has to offer. These could be traveling/living in a different country... learning a language... joining a dance class... having hobbies and as someone already said, reading more books and being more knowledgeable on a variety of things
All these things will give you a new experience, a new experience which you can talk about or even relate with other people and like-minded peers which can decrease the perception of you being boring
Become more assertive and don't let people use you or push you around. Stand your ground and don't be afraid to challenge people. By having this type of mindset/aura you've already started to show a bit of an edge to yourself.
This will take time and patience but if you really want to improve (not change) yourself then get started
