I started recently to drink chamomile tea at night , and now looking into green tea to replace coffee.
anybody else drinks tea? if so , what are some you recommend ?
Breh Mix a green tea Bag with a Yerba Mate Bag , I drink coffee cause I like it, but this combination right here is my pre workout Get you hyper than a Prime DMX concert. Don't drink it at night for that we got chamomile , Valerian root. Get used to a natural sweetener Get honey at a local farmers market. molasses is also great for you. Your inmune system and metabolism will boost like crazy. For gut,renal health and detox boil about a teaspoon of flaxseeds in water for 10 15 mins. Then drink that tea at night with your chamomile watch the huge easy deuce you bout to drop next morning.
You can find organic chamomile, linden flower , flaxseeds and all kinds of tea leaves for you to brew at home at the Spanish/asian supermarkets the taste is much better and fresher than tea bags.
Cinnamon great for inmune system.

Star Anise and anise seed for The stomach , its so gentle they even brew that for babies old enough to drink water.
Also forgot to add Ginger and Tumeric are game changers specially tumeric when it comes to Relieving inflammation in your joints. You can buy the root and shred it then boil it , or buy it powdered up. Or in bags the choice is yours. Kid you not I'm almost 46 with 4 knee surgeries and arthritis and chiefing plus Ginger and Tumeric got me moving like in my 20's with no pain after playing ball. If you not a fan of THC look into CBD it's a game changer for us
