A homegirl gave us a nice barely used treadmill.
My girl and I decided to use it like 5 days a week.

So in two weeks, I'm up to a 13-minute mile.:gladbron:
My girl used the treadmill once......on the 1 pace........and told me that she got dizzy.:what:

She's basically given up. :beli:

I try to motivate her but she get's frustrated very easily.

What can I do, fellers?

Party season is fast approaching and my ideal scenario is for the both of us to walk into the place looking awesome.

But since she don't wanna do shyt, we're gonna be walking into the spot lookin' like the number 10.

If your chick didn't play sports or run track in HS you're setting yourself up for disaster when it comes to finally getting them in the gym. Most Americans are allergic to the gym to begin with, imagine how difficult that shyt is for certain women out there that have never done anything athletic or really physically demanding in their lives to push through and keep on going.


My dude @Groanman you might need to upgrade to a female that has interest in getting right, you're taking the red pill, it's hard to look at your chick the same way if she's not in the gym with you. She all sloppy and you're out there busting your ass daily just to shed 2 extra pounds a week, or put on an extra 5lbs of lean muscle in 6 months. You get home and you're eating cottage cheese, steamed broccoli and boiled chicken for the 8th day straight while this lazy bytch is eating Chili with Fritos in it :camby:

The gym philosophy goes for all chicks too, I hear a lot of dudes talk about trying to find a skinny chick, find a chick that goes to the gym and eats healthy, whether she's thick or thin, those skinny chicks that don't workout and eat right WILL put on weight and usually not in the right places, nothing uglier than a thin chick with a beer belly.

Being consistent and having a range of intensity and exercises is key to losing weight n getting toned. Eat healthy and incorporate the weight room into your schedule. Being young with a high metabolism doesn't hurt either....them abs...that v-cut :smugbiden:
