Even with the hype I can't look at Telfair as anything but a success after watching his documentary. He made it

So he could've been Perry Jones. He literally could've done one year of college and got drafted. Even unimpressive numbers would've gotten him a 2nd round selection
Perry Jones seemed like he was forced to play ball because of his size. Lenny liked hoops. He was just lazy as hell. A good coach can do wonders in getting the best out of you. A coach like Huggins coulda got something out of him. I will say this though: if he thought about going to St. John's that would have ended badly too.So he could've been Perry Jones.

he enjoyed what came with being a basketball player. The kid was legitimately talented though. Everyone was hopping on his dikk because he was legitimately good at ball. Joakim Noah stans him to this day because he knew how good Lenny coulda been, All he had to do was fake it and he coulda flamed out like Eddy Curry (but Curry made bank before he fell off). Lenny didn't have enough people in his corner telling him he wasn't shyt yet. Lenny was like Da Band only without Diddy repeatedly telling him he didn't make it yet and better do so or else you'd fail.I didn't see no passion for the game in Lenny.
The scene after this
It reminded me of a scene in The Wrestler where he was listening to music and reminiscing.
It wasn't that the music was great, but it reminded him of a time when it seemed like he was on top of the world.
The same with Lenny.
Sometimes I hear songs from years's ago and think of the younger days when you didn't have a care in the world![]()
Brehs is there a link to this jawn? I've only heard about it on here I've never seen it...no Netflix nothing...

I honestly believe dude would've never been more than a Sebastian Telfair had he made it to the league. He just didn't strike me as a hard worker, just a guy coasting on natural ability.
Yeah the scene after this is heartbreaking. It's his birthday, couldn't even get p*ssy from his girl, he ends up sleeping on the couch watching melo and lbj playing in the NBA. This can't be life![]()
