I love the passion for the art but not everybody in the industry is supposed to be some icon. shyt is wierd. Even when 2pac was out not everybody in the indutry was on his level. Ditto when acts like Eric b and rakim. I talk to some of my peers and they reference the giants like the 80s were chocked full of folks on their level. :deadrose:

I remember that thread

@bourgeoisie tall freak

I was gonna cape for Doechii because she's black, but I can't get down with this. :hubie:

Is she lesbian? If not she dates bisexual men? Lemme guess toxic masculinity and bisexual and pansexual men aren't toxic masculinity? I hope her queer boyfriend/husband stays on PrEp

A lot of what people say women are ugly for has nothing to do with her looks. It's her presentation of herself.

I don't know who this is, so I don't know what to say about her.

The more humble and quiet a woman is the better people are going to say she looks.

She said a man being heterosexual is a red flag to her and they gave her a Grammy for saying that. Well, it was probably required after she won the grammy
I took that as " is he a man? Then red flag" type of comment.

Honestly though I expect a black hip hop community to not give an actual good MC thats black and on the scene this much problems.

If I find that this community is full of the type of black people that'll stan for Drake instead and has other basic, stereotypical, ignorant choices in music, then this community aint the type of black I thought it was lol

You are in another thread crying about her with at least 3 back to back posts.

It's all written. If u forgot all that then stay off the drugs mkay
It’s an epidemic of posters like this and I’m happy folks are starting to call them out. I’m staring to realize there is more mental illness on this forum than I thought , like I bet more than a few posters have had multiple involuntary psych holds:damn:

She's not straight, why should it matter what she thinks about men?

Why would any man care enough about what she thinks of us that they would even spend time they could be spending on things they actually care about, to complain about her?

Caring about bullshyt is a choice that I see far too many people making. It's been very easy to ignore her and I can even see it in this thread that people don't even know who she is or what she did to make these people OP is talking about angry.
I'm not sure how your post relates to mine. All I did was state a fact

Why do YOU care?

Rap music has referred to women as bytches and hoes for many, many decades now. There have even been new terms invented to degrade women in rap. Outside of rap, men just casually replace “women” with those degrading terms in their every day speech and it’s not even flinched at anymore in our community.

But Doechii saying straight men are not her dating preference means racism from others against her is allowed? Lol.
It means she should be looking for support from the people in her "safe spaces"
