Anything requiring internet connection requires the real deal copy. Hell Internet connectivity is the reason I stopped downloading pirated 2K on PC and buying the real deal

There are workarounds but I always feel they patch them and I'm left a non working ass demo copy at some point. Don't get me started on these newer VSTs copy protection.
