AND, they still didnt surrender after the first bomb. i mean of course it was awful, but it's their fault for not surrendering. why should we have sacrificed our soldiers when it was inevtiable that we would have won

Hitler originally wanted to ship the jews to madagascar...So maybe Israel just would be in its present day place

FWIW, they, alongside Hitler attacking Russia, cost the Axis the war. America was content with just selling guns then the Japs decided to wake the giant just to make some minor gains in the pacific and because they were salty over some industrial trade disagreements. One of the dumbest moves in military history.

This is the thing though. Jews, on the ground, did not gain Israel. It was granted to them by Allied forces to create an established Western friendly country to them in that area of the world. The Brits are the ones who really made it happen and had it drawn up in the Balfour Declaration around the time of World War 1.

Im not saying its not debatable. Im saying there are credible sources that say Japan was on the verge of surrender anyway. There is the narrative of Japanese soldiers fighting to the bitter end and never giving up but the higher ups knew they were finished and many didn't want to bomb Pearl Harbor in the first place. There was a division within Japan the whole time.
