I can't see the anonymous feature being a bad thing. Not everyone would want to post personal stuff under their main account.
Even I have posted some shyt that I wish I had an anonymous feature to post them under.

The forum, particularly TLR already has c00n, cac, incel, misogynistic-type posts already in abundance and you could see who the posters are so what's the worst that could happen with an anonymous feature.
What they have going on in LSA with their anonymous feature could work and could be moderated or in which only moderators could see who is behind the posting and expose them if the post is silly bullshyt.

Yeah, thats true. This place definitely needs a mental health subforum though but the issue is people won't speak freely because someone else will use it against them elsewhere which is what made me consider the anonymous OP idea.

We need the Mental Health thread pinned and to have consistency before we talk about a subforum.

I don’t even look at usernames when I post. Which can be funny bc there might be someone i agreed with or interacted on a personal story or something but if they have another opinion in another thread I don’t even pay attention so I might be like ‘this is stupid and you’re a dumb ass’
