Fans of teams support for 82 regular season games out of the year. If their team makes the playoffs they deserve to each have (at least) two home games.

Y'all gotta stop and realize sometimes that this shyt is BUSINESS first, and as a business the NBA is obligated to try to maximize their profits and reward their consumer base. Going back to a best-of-five doesn't make any type of logical sense.

Not only that, but cutting to a best-of-five makes upsets likelier, which always seems a great idea while it's happening, but all it really does is make the next rounds less competitive.
